Outstanding location

“Piccolo Borgo Gagnoni” is situated in the heart of the Valdichiana on the territory of Sinalunga belonging to the province of Siena, about 25 km from Arezzo, 40 km from Siena, 85 km from Firenze and 30 km from Cortona. The ten houses on the estates are each named after an Etruscan god. After all, the borgo Gagnoni is ideally situated for interesting excursions to famous Etruscan sites and museums. In addition, countless well-known art cities are of course easily accessible, including Florence, Siena, Arezzo, Cortona, Chuisi, Montepulciano, Pienza, and Montalcino, as well as many other typical little towns that are well worth visiting. How to reach us by car?
Coming from Florence or Rome via the A1 motorway:

Take the Monte San Savino junction, and then follow the signs to Siena.
At the end of the E78 follow the signs to Lucignano.
When you reach Lucignano, on the right, at the first set of traffic lights, take the road running downhill, towards “Calcione”. At this junction there is a sign towards “Piccolo Borgo Gagnoni”..
At the end of the road at a T junction, turn right. Here you will find another sign towards “Piccolo Borgo Gagnoni”.
Take the first turning towards “Calcione, Gargonza”.
Drive through the village of Santa Maria.
After a few kilometres the tarmac road becomes a white gravel road at the border between the province of Arezzo and the province of Siena.
Follow the gravel road passed the Y junction until you see the buildings of the “Gagnoni” estate on your right.
The access road to the “Gagnoni” holiday estate is indicated.

Coming from Siena via the highway

Follow the direction of Bettole (connection to the A1 motorway):
After about 35 km from Siena, take the Rigomagno, Arezzo junction.
Follow the main road over the railway line through the village of Rigomagno Stazione, as far as the exit towards Calcione.
Then take the gravel road to the end.
Here you turn left towards Calcione.
The access road to the “Gagnoni” holiday estate is indicated.

Coming from Arezzo:

Take the E78 towards Siena.
At the end of the E78 follow the signs to Lucignano.
When you reach Lucignano, on the right, at the first set of traffic lights, take the road running downhill, towards “Calcione”. At this junction there is a sign towards “Piccolo Borgo Gagnoni”..
At the end of the road at a T junction, turn right. Here you will find another sign towards “Piccolo Borgo Gagnoni”.
